Junior Cyber Engineer
  • In Software Security Capability team, worked with Automated Security Tools for SCA and SAST. Created reusable GitHub workflows which are currently used by 1000+ product teams all over IKEA for easy integration of our tools.
  • In Cyber Software Engineering team, joined as a full stack developer for Metal Model App and Orkestrera. These applications are used for measuring and for giving personalised recommendations to improve security posture of all the products across IKEA on the basis of their classification.
  • Developed both projects utilizing a serverless architecture, built with Next.JS, TypeScript, Node.JS, fastify, HTML/SCSS, PostgreSQL, and Terraform for GCP infrastructure.
  • Developed projects while keeping secure software development lifecycle in mind and following Agile methodologies.
  • Optimised database queries and achieved faster response time, cutting down latency below 1 second.
  • Spearheaded and implemented a feature with stakeholders for integrating and automating Financial IT Audit inside Metal Model App, resulting in significant financial implications and reduction of manual work.
